Public terms for PixiePal web, waitlist, and app surfaces.

Waitlist Signup

By joining the PixiePal waitlist, you agree that we may use the email address you provide to send launch, early access, product update, and related service emails. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, timing, availability, pricing, or any specific app feature.

Email Consent

You must provide a valid email address that you control. You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the unsubscribe link when available, or by contacting support. We may remove invalid, abusive, duplicate, or suspicious signups.

Use of PixiePal

PixiePal provides planning tools and community reports for Disney park visits. Information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and should be used as guidance only.

Community Reports

When you submit reports, wait times, or planning details, you are responsible for making sure that content is lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and appropriate for the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. We may restrict access to protect users, the service, or platform partners.
